How to Divert Calls on iD Mobile
Never lose another customer when you’re busy or on a job. Use these standard short codes to automatically route missed or rejected calls on your iD Mobile line to your British AI receptionist.
Conditional Divert (Busy / No Answer / Reject)
This code diverts incoming calls to your receptionist only when you don’t answer, when your line is busy, or when you tap Decline. Normal calls ring your phone first as usual.
Dial these three codes into your Phone keypad, one after another:
**61*+44XXXXXXXXXX#
**67*+44XXXXXXXXXX#
**62*+44XXXXXXXXXX#
Replace +44XXXXXXXXXX with the dedicated UK number assigned in your MyReceptionist dashboard.

Get your AI number
Sign up to MyReceptionist in 5 minutes. You get a dedicated UK mobile number allocated instantly to your business.
Enter code on iD Mobile
Open your Phone dialler, type **61*...#, and tap Call. iD Mobile will show a success notification.
Test with another phone
Call your mobile from another device and reject it. Your AI receptionist answers in your company name and sends you a WhatsApp summary.
Dial each code sequentially in iOS Phone dialler. iOS security restricts executing MMI codes directly from web browser links. Simply copy the code, open your native Phone keypad, paste, and tap Call.
